The faulty inverter becomes the property of Samil upon acceptance of the replacement inverter. After you have received the replacement, it is requirement to return the faulty inverter within 14 days, otherwise an invoice will be issued. Shipping costs in both directions within Australia are covered under the Samil warranty.
The faulty inverter should be repackaged in the carton supplied, resealed, marked CASE ID/customer or company name, and made available for collection on the day specified.
Once your faulty inverter has been replaced, to return the faulty inverter to Samil immediately, you can follow the steps to generate a pick up request.
Step 1 Submit online request
--Click the ‘create a ticket’ button at the top right corner of the homepage.
-- Fill in the ‘subject’ with ‘inverter pick up’, etc.
-- Fill in the ‘requester’ with your email address.
--Click the ‘subject type’ list on the right, and select ‘picking up faulty unit’, then fill in required information, and click ‘submit’ to finish.
Step 2 We will arrange pickup as you requested, and email you notifying the approximate date of pickup.
Step 3 Our logistics provider will bring you with a Packing Label when collecting.
